White wine for aging with 4 years of rest in the cellar following the strict rules of the Regulatory Council, which requires a minimum of 48 months of aging to be defined as Gran Reserva.
Limited production: 1,671 bottles.
Vineyards: Old vineyards of the estate, planted at 700 m altitude with low yields of around 2000 kg/ha.
Soil: Soil with a loam-clay texture, clay-limestone composition, flat, double cordon training system, northwest/southeast orientation.
Vineyard management: Certified organic farming by CCPAE.
Climate: Dry continental Mediterranean, with a low average annual precipitation between 400 and 450 mm/year.
Harvest: Manual in 20 kg boxes and selection table.
Varieties: 66% Macabeo and 33% Chardonnay.
Elaboration process: Each variety is produced separately (6 barrels of 225L).
Aging time: 48 months (26 in barrel and 22 in bottle) at the date of bottling.
Analysis: 15% vol. – ATT 6 g/l. – pH 3.23.

Storage advice: Minimum 10 years under proper conditions (temperature 15°C and humidity (75-80%) constant).
Tasting notes: Old gold colored wine. On the nose, it is persistent and complex with many nuances of ripe white fruits. A honeyed perfume with a fine herbal layer. On the palate, it is a round, powerful, and fatty wine with very fine and integrated wood. Long finish that leaves final sensations of fruits and spices. Good acidity and structure that guarantees a long evolution in the bottle.
